I wanted to get this up over the weekend but have not been feeling well so it’s a bit late.
This is the last and the biggest of the hauls from my June Gmarket series. E-glips however, is really cheap so I did not spend that much.
I’ve been wanting to try this brand for a while but just never got round to it, there is always something else just around the corner that I usually end up purchasing instead. I decided that since I was on roll with trying new things I would finally grab a few items.
E-glips is not as well known as some of the other Korean brands but it has been gaining international recognition recently and is a very budget friendly cosmetics line.
I added all the links for the Gmarket pages where I bought this from but it can be a bit confusing if you don’t read Korean, they have a lot of products on each page so you have to choose the ones that you want from the drop down menu. It’s much easier if they just have one product per page as you can be sure you are buying what you want. As long as you match up the Korean names for everything then you can still do it, just find your product and make a note of it’s name in Korean, then go to the drop down menu and find the one that looks exactly the same.
This is what I got:
Oil Cut Powder Pact (6,200 won)
They have three versions of this pact, the white one which is the one I got is the Oil Cut Pact, then the pink one is the Glow Powder Pact and the black one is Blur Powder Pact. I just wanted to try it out so I chose the white one, but the black one was tempting too.
Lolly Flower Lipstick in no.29 Hibiscus (4.200 won)
These small lipsticks looked very pretty so I wanted to try one out. I’m not sure how I picked this color or if I accidently picked the wrong one but it’s much too orange/coral for my tastes. I have not swatched it here as I don’t think I will be keeping it. There are some nice pinks in this range that I would have suited me more.
Real Color Lipstick in no.17 Holic (4,300 won)
This is another one where I’m not sure what I was doing when I picked the color, maybe I was have a color-blind day or something because this one is also in the coral family. It does look a bit more pink in the photos and looks quite nice on Gmarket but I’m not sold yet so have not swatched it just in case I decide to give it away.
Real Color Lip Lacquer in MK01 (5,200 won)
This Lip Lacquer is probably my favourite out of all the purchases, it does look a little bit coral but its more of a rosy pink so it works out okay.
Jolie BeBe Lip Polish Stick (4,000 won)
They have two polish type products in this line and I got both, this one is in a stick form and is a scrub.
Jolie BeBe Lip Polish (3,500 won)
This is the other polish and it comes in a tube.
Jolie BeBe Lip Treatment (3.500 won)
This is called a treatment and is kind of like an lip essence, it’s to put on after you use the polish to nourish and treat your lips. It tastes kind of orangey.
Multi Unique Primer (3,500 won)
This primer in in a lipstick case and shape which I thought was quite interesting. Not great for full coverage but I think will be useful for spot covering small areas.
Multi Unique Concealer (4,200 won)
You can use this concealer for anything but they suggest it is good for the lips, it comes in the same form as the primer in the lipstick case and shape.
Multi Unique Full Cover Concealer (5,200 won)
I just added this to try it out as I was getting all the other things, so far I have only swatched it and it felt quite oily. Will have to see how it goes.
