The Yadah Anti-Trouble Bubble Cleanser (야다 안티트러블 버블클렌저) is a gentle, low pH foaming cleanser specifically targeted to acne prone skin. It is suitable for all skin types and of course is especially good for troubled skin.
The cleanser is part of Yadah’s Anti-Trouble line which also includes other products such as a mist, toner, spot treatment and moisturizing cream. According to their website “YADAH offers gentle yet effective botanical skincare range. In order to minimize the harmful chemicals on our skins, Yadah only uses organic products certified from ECO CERT.”
This Bubble Cleanser can be used just like other sort of cleanser, I use about one to two pumps and that is more than enough to cover my whole face. To be honest one pump is enough but if you want more foam then two is better. If you double cleanse then this can be used as your second cleanser. I don’t generally do that unless I am wearing makeup so this has just been my basic cleanser for the last month. I have been using it morning and night and I have been quite enjoying it.
It comes in a sturdy plastic pump bottle. The packaging is nothing that revolutionary or beautiful but it is simple and functional which is the main thing. The bottle contains 150ml of product. The best thing about the packaging is the pump. I love a good pump cleanser, perhaps it’s just because I am lazy but to have it pre-foamed for me – yes please!
The one thing about the packaging that I didn’t like so much is that you can’t see the actual product in the bottle so you don’t know how much you have used or have left. The last few foam cleansers I’ve used have been in clear bottles and it was nice to see how much I had left to go.
The ingredients include Salicylic Acid, Aloe Extract, Green Tea Wxtract, Camellia Sinenis Leaf Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemany) Leaf Extract, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Extract and an aminao-acid based surfactant (made from coconut). Yadah is a company that uses a lot of natural ingredients and keeps things safe and simple for your skin. This means there are no parabens, SLS or artificial fragrances included.

Another thing I particularly like about this cleanser is that it has a very pleasant subtle lemon scent. This is such a good scent in the mornings especially. I don’t usually like citrus scented products and they often just smell like household cleaner but this one is not like that at all. It’s just hint of lemony freshness and it’s smells clean and inviting.
The consistency of the foam is very soft creamy, I noticed the difference between this foam and my last foam cleanser which was more aerated and a bit more dense. I don’t think either of them are better than the other just different. This one is soft so it does not hold its form so as soon as you pump it out onto your hand it starts to melt and spread out.
I did not notice any major changes to my skin using this, I do have troubled skin and I like to use products that can help with this issue. However I also know that I don’t drink enough water and I eat a lot of junk food so there is only so much a cleanser can do. I think that it does what it is supposed to do which is clean your face. It feels and smells nice and does not leave my skin feeling stripped or dry.
If you have troubled skin and are looking for a gentle, low pH cleanser then this is one to check out. The Yadah website has this for 22, 500 won normal price and it’s currently on sale for 15,750 won. They also have an English website where it is priced at $15.00.
